Elites from sales department has embarked on a fresh expedition trailblazing the marketplace with unrelenting will, and forged ahead with enterprising spirit.

 

Their outstanding capabilities and relentless efforts have added up to the stunning achievement.

 

 

Total sales of the first quarter shoot up 45% , a dazzling figure,over same period of last year, suggesting a good start of the year of Loong.

 

Behind the “good start” , sweats , toiling efforts and wisdom have been invested in from the sales elites, who have a deep core of understanding of the marketplace, being able to capture the demands keenly and orchestrate a series of kick-off projects meticulously.

 

First quarter wrap-up meeting was successfully held aiming primarily at reviewing the achievements made and discussing plans for the next move.  During the meeting, problems emerged in the first quarter were analyzed, and business orientation and goals were mapped out.

 

 

 

Looking back,the remarkable achievement was attributed by concerted efforts and relentless hard work from all members. However, the reality of fierce competitive market keeps reminding us that there were still more improvements to make. Mr. Liu, senior marketing consultant pointed out the problems being faced and underscored the importance of risk control. Deep perception of the marketplace, agile sense of the possible risk, scientific decision-making and strict execution were critical to the risk control, and were significant in pushing forward the works of all fronts robustly. At the same time, teamwork and continuous learning are also important in terms of enhancing team cohesiveness and combat power ,which could further elevate the overall performance.

 

Mr.Liu also stressed the importance of project kick-off activities, pointed out several key factors including specifying the goals and scope of the projects,building an expertise team of high efficiency and mapping out a detailed execution plan etc. All those factors would serve to facilitate the launch of projects optimally and pump momentum into the development of company.

 

 

Chairman of the board, Mr. Li reinforced the importance of the execution of all plans,demanded a concrete division of responsibility and a refined goal and to strengthen the execution and supervision, ensuring the goals made in the meeting into real actions and speeding up the implementation of projects. He encouraged all the members to work as a team, to lay out feasible work plans and set out clear timeline making sure each goal would be executed efficiently.

 

 

During this meeting, not only the overall performance of the 1st quarter was reviewed,but also the orientation and deployment of future work were done.
