1. dimensional error : the size of the machined part does not meet the design requirements, which may be due to insufficient precision of the machine tool, tool wear, measurement errors and other reasons.

7. Residual stress: Internal stresses generated during turning process may lead to deformation of the parts in subsequent use.

8. Thread defects: such as inaccurate thread tooth shape, pitch error, poor thread surface roughness, etc., which may be related to the tool, machine tool accuracy, machining parameters, etc.
