Thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, with its excellent properties and wide application, has become one of the important thermoplastic elastomer materials, whose molecules are basically linear, with no or little chemical crosslinking. There are many physical crosslinks formed by hydrogen bonds between linear polyurethane molecular chains, and hydrogen bonds strengthen its form, thus giving many excellent properties, such as high modulus, high strength, excellent wear resistance, chemical resistance, hydrolysis resistance, high and low temperature resistance and mold resistance. These good properties make thermoplastic polyurethane widely used in footwear, cable, clothing, automobile, medicine and health, pipe, film and sheet and many other fields. The final product generally does not need to be vulcanized cross-linked, which can shorten the reaction cycle and reduce energy consumption. Because it is basically a linear structure polymer, it can be processed using the same technology and equipment as thermoplastics, such as injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, calendering, etc., especially suitable for mass production of medium and small size parts. Waste materials can be recycled and reused, and different auxiliaries or fillers can be used during production or processing to improve certain physical properties and reduce costs.
