How to select the appropriate adhesion level for PE protection film  tape？

1. Determine the raw material and surface treatment of the target surface, such as solid color aluminum composite panel, stainless steel HL finish, powder-coated aluminum profile surface, PC sheet, MDF board, etc.

2. Application method for applying protective film on the target surface:

①Application method: manual or machine?

②Temperature of the target surface during application of the protection film: cold or hot?

3. Subsequent processing of the target panel, including physical processing methods such as punching, bending, laser cutting and chemical processing methods.

4. Conditions for peeling off the protective film from the target surface:

①Peel-off angle: 90˚ or 180˚

②Temperature and humidity during peeling off.
