We have been dealing with Ryan McCormack and the Forkforce team out of Sydney for a year or so. This could have been a challenge for all concerned, due to world parts shortages. However, Ryan has been pro active with communications, ensuring we are aware of the situation with delivery of our Enforcer Reach fork at all times. The delay in delivery has meant we needed to hire a unit for a time, and Forkforce looked after us with that, working with us to come to a mutually satisfactory arrangement. I think what has impressed me most with our dealings with Ryan and the Forkforce team is that at no time was it ever suggested our situation was "too hard". This is a company that genuinely stands by their clients and products.
